ERA American Realty of Northwest Florida, Inc. Charity Golf Tournament - Help raise money for MDA-ALS awareness and support!

Pleasee help us help those with MDA-ALS and their families by participating in the golf tournament as a sponsor and/or player. You can learn more about MDA and how it supposrts the fight again neuromuscular diseases at www.mda.org.

There are several sponsorship levels available:

Platinum Level - $1,000

Gold Level - $500

Silver Level - $150

Ruby Level - Your personal contribution
