Hype on the Harbor – A Community Pep Rally

Description

A giant county wide pep rally to kick off the new school year. Local high schools each perform a mini pep rally to compete for the coveted spirit stick, on property restaurants set up tail-gate style, & merchants offer specials for local and student ID’s. No parking fee!
