The Northwest Florida Symphony Chorale announces that auditions for the 2013-14 season will be held on Thursday August 22, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Auditions will be held in Tyler Recital Hall at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center on the Niceville campus of NWFSC. The Chorale, under the direction of music professor Lois Van Dam, is a select choral group that performs with the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra as well as in independent concerts. This year's season includes performances of Handel's Messiah, Holiday Pops, and Beethoven's Choral Fantasy. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings in Tyler Recital Hall.
